Fraudulent Activity:

6.5 Communication Guidelines

  • No sharing of personal contact information initially

Meeting Guidelines:

  • Arrive punctually at designated meeting points
  • Bring required items as specified
  • Follow guide instructions for safety
  • Respect group dynamics and other participants

6.6 Reporting Violations

  • Include booking reference numbers

Investigation Process:

  1. Report received and acknowledged within 24 hours
  2. Investigation conducted within 72 hours

6.7 Consequences
